Got a new Glock 44 and continues to take it out to the range - very fun gun to shoot! Apparently the trigger was "funky" after shooting the Sig Legion, but it was easy to get used to after a magazine or two. It's a Glock - after all. Gen 5 G19 aftermarket triggers will also work on this. Cheap to shoot, reasonably accurate and simple fun! Anyone who owns a Glock should get a few rounds of .22 LR. Be sure and use high speed rods to ensure proper cycling. And cleaning - typical Glock (joy!).

Just like the g19 with good practice but without the weight. Only a few things differ internally. I wish there were more rounds 10 plus 1 .Maybe someone will make a mag to hold more. Whenever there is no problem, the Glock just fires. Thanks Glock

I've had my g44 for over a week, well worth the wait. I put about 500 rounds, with one problem, Remington does not like thunder, fte a lot and each case is divided, not sure why, maybe the chamber escaped?

I'm such a Glock fan. A birthday is coming up so the Glock should be the third Glock after the 17 gen4 and 19x. I bought it for the same reasons some of you did. The cost of ammo is very cheap and the price of the G44 does not hurt the wallet that much.

My G44 works fine out of the box. Tried different brands of ammo and shot them all, only one stove in 200 rounds. I recommend, very easy and fun to shoot.

He was fired for the first time last night. 150 rounds cci mini mags. Great gun, very fun to shoot. Not a single mistake. I wonder about the motivation behind the negative reviews posted on the internet. I hear people say, "I don't like Glocks." Well, regardless, I know that the only time I have to carry for self-defense is to carry a Glock. This works exactly as I expected. It's getting my vote! Very fun and great for training.

After reading many reviews, I wasn't expecting much from this gun other than problems. I work at a gun shop and have a few Glocks so I bought it as a guinea pig to see if it was as bad as everyone said. I broke in, cleaned and primed the gun before hitting the range. I came back from my first round trip with 250 thunder and 50 mini mags and only had 1 fte out of 300 rounds and 1 failure of the slide rear lock. The only common complaint that has been true for me so far is that this gun just doesn't shoot on target for me. It consistently shot 4 inches high at 12yds. I hope Glock fixes this because there is no adjustment on the factory rear sight to lower it, so this gun needs a bigger front sight to hit the PoA, hence the 4 stars. With a new front sight, this gun will see many times. Probably one of my favorites to shoot. I don't regret buying it.

After owning and carrying a GLOCK G19 '9mm' for several years, I decided to purchase the G44 for my wife. New shooter, zero experience so my goal was for her to have zero fear. Less recoil, less noise, 100% comfortable and fun shooting experience. And that's what this GLOCK offers! If you shoot quality 40 grain or larger ammo you will not have misfires. I have to intentionally "half powder" reload some rounds for the 9mm so sometimes the stovepipe, not feeding, etc. For training purposes! These guns are 100% reliable, easy to shoot, they work and I would bet my life on their reliability!

Bought it in February 2020 and love it. A month later I bought 2 ProMag 18 round magazines. Use bulk ammo quality ammo like CCI. When you point and shoot, this gun is sure to die. Full polish and trigger work upgrade to 3 pounds for a quick and crisp trigger.

I bought this gun when it first became available. I have put hundreds of rounds through this gem. The ammunition used ranges from low end mass to high end match grade. Myb44 is a fun gun to shoot that never fails. love it

Bought this Glock 44 6/7 months ago even though the reviews were bad on reliability. I put hundreds of rounds through it and never had a problem with any of them. Just goes to show you can't trust all the reviews. This is an amazing gun to shoot. Cheap to shoot and great for both a beginner and an experienced shooter like myself. Highly recommended.

I bought one after removing the Taurus TX 22 Lr and painted and cleaned it as per the instructions. 500 rounds later CCI mini mags, and only one up. My gun is dead center, so I was lucky, I have an extended slide lock and the good thing is a cleanup Glock. I have a custom trigger pull at 3 lbs. No regrets at all. I found a hog gun case and it fits like a glove. I use the Glock 17 Gen 5 to warm up before use, same internals and customization as the Glock 44. The parts are there if you look around. Something that uses the same extended slide lock and extended slide release as my Glock 17. Brass overlay slides are drawn on both guns, both are the same size. So don't assume. Keep it up! 3.0 connector in both hands. So both my Glock 17 and Glock 44 are identical in everything but weight. Even though this gun only has a 10 round magazine, you won't regret getting it.
